Customer satisfaction is our primary goal at Formally Dawn and we strive to provide the best in service, quality and affordability. However, we recognize that though you may love an item, sometimes it just does not work out the way we hoped and that is okay. 

RETURNS POLICY

We will happily accept returns on all full-priced merchandise for store credit. Returned merchandise must be unused, unwashed and unworn with all tags attached. Products deemed damaged or used by the customer will not be eligible for store credit and the item will not be returned. Ineligible items for store credit include but is not limited to items with stains, smells, makeup residue, rips, missing buttons, etc. We are not responsible for damages made to clothing during the try on process, incorrect sizing and/or improper handling. 

FINAL SALE- Gift Cards, accessories, cosmetics, bodysuits, intimates, items purchased with a discount code and Sale/Clearance category items are final sale and may not be returned.

DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE   All merchandise goes through quality control prior to being shipped. However, if you receive a defective item, please contact us within 3 days of the receipt of your purchase. Beaded garments are hand sewn so bead patterns may be inconsistent. We are not responsible for minor shifts in beadwork that may take place during shipping. This is not considered damaged. Please be advised that beadwork or sequins can only be attached in many instances with one thread making the garment very susceptible to bead loss during shipping and normal wear. Please provide your name and order number along with a photo of the defect to formallydawn@yahoo.com with the subject line "damage”. A customer service representative will reply to you by the end of the next business day. 

RETURNS PROCESS

Please complete the Return Authorization Form located on your invoice and mail back to us within 7 business days of the date delivered as specified by our selected delivery service. Merchandise received after the maximum 7 days will not be eligible for return or store credit. Return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Returns are processed within 5-7 business days of the receipt of the returned package. The credited amount for the returned item will be provided in the form of an electronic gift card which will be sent to the email address associated with the order. Formally Dawn reserves the right to limit the number of returns per customer.

PLEASE NOTE: Formally Dawn is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, or delays by the post office. All shipping costs are charged in US dollars. We do not provide currency conversion. Your bank will convert depending on the going rate at the time you place your order. All applicable custom fees, taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer. Custom authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package.

Please be sure to provide accurate information during checkout as order details such as inaccurate credit card information or an invalid shipping address may delay your order.

FREE Standard Shipping is valid on orders of $100 or more placed online at formallydawn.com for U.S. Standard Shipping. No promo code is required to redeem free shipping. Offer is subject to change without notice.

U.S. STANDARD
Orders are shipped within 3-5 business days via USPS Priority or USPS Advantage delivery and typically arrive in 2-3 business days after email confirmation has been provided. There are instances when alternative shipping companies may be used such as UPS, FedEx, etc. In the event of high volume sales, there may be an additional 1-2 business days required to ensure all orders are expedited.

As soon as your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation to the email address you provided with your order. If for some reason, you did not receive an email, please check your Spam folder.

If your package is returned back to us as Return to Sender or Address Undeliverable we will notify you. You will be sent an invoice for shipping to reattempt delivery. We are not liable for an undelivered package due to an incorrect address being provided to us.

LOCAL PICKUP Local pickup is currently available for those living in Mobile and the surrounding areas. Local orders will be processed within 3-5 business days.  Location and pick-up times will be provided via email.

CANCELING ORDER

Due to an unforeseen event, the item(s) you order may suddenly become out of stock and is no longer available. We promise these cases are rare. However, if an item in your order does become unavailable, you will be contacted within 24 to 48 hours about the cancellation. If your order contains additional items, these items will still be shipped to you and the unavailable item will be removed from your order.
