Shipping policy

For consumer protection, all orders are subject for review, including credit card authorization and verification. As a result, on occasion there may be a slight delay in order processing; your patience is greatly appreciated. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable; charges include order processing, item selection, packaging and transportation of items.

Business days are limited to M-F 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. CST, not including holidays. Orders are processed and shipped within 3-5 business days.

Formally Dawn's fulfillment center is closed for the observance of major United States holidays as well as some on the local level.
